I am having problems with part time employees sick leave and holiday leave accrual.
I have set these up to accrue every hour using the formulas
0.03846 for SL and 0.076992.
My problem occurs when these staff do overtime as the accrual is including these hours.
I know I should adjust the Overtime payment not to accrue for every hour - I am just not sure where I do this - is it in the payroll item list or on the employees record in the employment centre.
