Accessing the Q Drive of another team member

Hi. It looks like each staff member on our team gets their own Q Drive access, but we can't see each others drives. So for example if someone creates an ABA file then forgets to download it, then I can't go in and find it for myself.

Does anyone know more about how the Q-Drive works and if we can have a shared access space instead?

Hi Michelle

Your Company File is in a "shared folder" on the Q drive. This shared folder is identifiable by the little arrow in the bottom left-hand corner of the folder's icon:

Anything files, documents etc that need to be shared should be created within that folder - You can still create separate folders eg ABA Files, STP Files etc, just make sure they are all IN that shared folder 😊
