GovConnect and STP

I have been using Reckon Hosted and uploading STP Ph1 payroll data for the last 3 years. During EOF payrun last week (uploaded successfully) however my payroll data for the past year does not appear on the ATO site. My other employees' data does appear. The only payroll configuation difference between us all, is I do not claim the TFT. Has anyone elese experienced this or have any clues on how to resolve>

Do you see it on the EOFY file you submitted to GovConnect?

Yes, it successfully uploaded the correct FY salary and PAYG tax data for all employees. I have just rechecked the GovConnect data and it has been accepted by the ATO

I just checked with my accountant and she says it did not work correctly last year either. She got onto ATO and they said to manually enter my total wages and tax amounts

Have you checked the TFN in Reckon and ATO are all correct, sometimes a typo can go unnoticed

No, the same payroll item is used for all employees

That option is unticked for all employees, including me

If you can see it submitted successfully in your portal, it is an ATO issue, not yours or Reckon's 😊

It's been a common - but random - occurrence in previous FYs also, where the figures "drop out" on the ATO's side. This is why the ATO advises the Tax Agent to manually enter the figures in the tax return (as the figures aren't displayed at the ATO end for prefill)
