STP error for Salary Sacrifice Super

The STP report is showing incorrect Sal sac super amounts for staff who have had a change to their fortnightly amount.

For example myself had $400 for first pay this FY and I changed the amount to $600 this pay. Correct in payroll transaction report but showing still as $400 total in STP report.

    is that the STP report in GovConnect or in Reckon?

    The STP report that is generated in Reckon hosted for upload to Reckon Gov Connect

    If you go to the export STP file is the figure correct in there?

    This is a known random glitch that can sometimes occur where the SS allocation drops out.
