can i have 2 files in personal plus on one licence ?

i am now acting as administrator / power of attorney for my relative , they have all their financial affairs in personal plus , and i also want to set up my own affairs in personal plus as well - is there a way to do that on the one laptop / licence ?

    Is there a way to share access to our relatives data file ?

    Our relative has had licence for personal intuit / reckon ( in its various iterations ) since 2000 or earlier , they have in the past few years had a bookkeeper attend to assist with monthly data entry , which process we will continue and then generally oversight -could we each get a monthly backup copy to review - would we need our own licence ?
