change from ReckonOne to ReckonPayroll

I have just completed the steps to change a book to the new payroll system but now have the white screen of death with just the three blue dots flashing.

Any ideas on what the problem may be?

Running Win10 on Dell.

    Hi Kim,

    Can you send us a screenshot of this white screen?

    Have you tried refreshing the page? Can you also try a different browser like Edge or Firefox and see if it loads the page?

    Screenshot attached, Yes I have tried to refresh the screen and I have tried to open in Chrome also but the same result.

    Payroll opens but when I click on the Employees tab the screen freezes.

    Hi Kim,

     Is it only affecting the employee screen? Do the pay run and other tabs load up correctly?

    Hi Klaura,

    The Settings tab is mostly working:

    Under that the General, Company Details, Email verification, Payments, Suppliers, Pay Items, Software ID, Single Touch Payroll and Help & Support all seem OK but the Superannuation Funds and Pay Schedules result in the Oops, something went wrong banner.

    The Compliance Tab also appears OK as it is populated with the previous payruns but you can't click into the report.

    The Payruns, Employees and Reports tabs just go to the white screen but I can go back a page to the previous screen.

    Also, the Payroll logo has undefined under it and yet when I change books to another book that I haven't upgraded this shows the book name.

    The book that is affected is Not Only Bookkeeping - Subway Kwinana ABN 24 599 437 058.

    Hi Kim,

    As it turns out, this is a known issue and the Dev will deploy a fix at the next release of the update. 

    Can you provide me with your email to the portal so I can raise a case and will update you once this is fixed. You can send me through Private message.
