Upgrade isn't working
I upgraded all my companies yesterday, and everything was working correctly this morning but this afternoon I got an error that threw me out and when I tried to get back in, it said that I was trying to go back to 2022 year again. So I thought I'd restore from the last backup which took me back to where I was yesterday. Then I tried to redo the upgrade as I had done yesterday but it keeps taking me back to 2022 when I click on the new 2023.
Can anyone help?

Try closing your browser, rebooting your computer and then log back in via 2023 again.
I had something similar to what you have described some years back and this approach worked for me. Good luck

Sometimes - although you've closed out at your end - you're still "logged in" on Reckon's server so after initially logging in to Hosted, go to the Control Panel:
... & disconnect the session completely there, by clicking on Log Off Remote Sessions in the LHS navigation menu, then clicking on the Log Off Session link > Refresh:
(NOTE: This is also how to resolve when you try to log into a Company File & it says you're already logged in ☺️ )

There is also another quick way to do this, which I found out about a week or so ago when I accidentally clicked on the 2022 version. Click on File in the top left hand corner, then click on exit (further down the page). This then logs you completely out of the wrong version. John L G

@John Graetz The connection can sometimes still get “stuck” at Reckon’s end though. The only way to fix that is to force the session logoff as described previously 😬

Thanks Shaz for that extra knowledge and information. Luckily for me the option I referred to worked, as I many not have thought about the "sure" way of doing it. John L G
