Super deductions not registering

Hi, I have 3 new employees who all have the same super fund. I have set them up exactly the same as all other employees and their super funds but their super isnt registering on the payslip . I have to manually go in and put it on . I have checked so many times to see if I have set this super fund up incorrectly and I just cannot find an errors.

Has anyone else had this issue. Thank you in advance. Wendy

To be a bit clearer this is a new super fund . Not previously in the system. tka

Hi Wendy

It sounds like you've not set up & filled in all the info here:

Make sure you have the Super Payroll Item set up as Super Guarantee Act (SA) & add/select it here

It's what's set up in the employee's record that will show by default on the Paycheque 😊so if it's not set here, it won't display 😊

Thank you very much for responding Shaz. That's how I have it set up as I have mirrored the other employees. Maybe I will just go through and do it all again.

I create separate Super Payroll Items per fund & type eg:

AMP
AMP (SS)
AustSuper
REST
