I have been waiting for my book to load now for a couple hours. The webpage says "Authenticating Partner Access". Anyone know why?

Has that book been shared with you by any partner for you to access?
If yes, can you please check with them if they have provided you with the permissions to view the book?
Also, check In Reckon One Settings - General Settings - Users - Email Address (For your portal Account) - Permissions.
