How to adjust Annual Leave

Good afternoon,

One of my PT employees was paid 9.5 hours plus loading back in Oct 23 instead Compassionate Leave hence needing to add 9.5 hours back to her available annual leave. How do I adjust this in Reckon Hosted? Thank you

    Hi There

    If you Unlock the applicable Paycheque, you can change the Payroll Item to Compassionate Leave. You'll also need to make note of the gross Leave Loading amount paid & add another Payroll Item for that value as the LL only generates when a Holiday Payroll Item is being used.

    A number of ways this can be done, I think I would go to the original pay and change the leave to compassionate leave, which should change the leave balance. I would then change the leave loading to a different pay rate, that way it can be deducted from that pay rate in the next pay.
