I want to create a Daily Payment Report in Reckon Hosted

I want to create a Daily Payment Report in Reckon Hosted but want all employees to be able to access and print it without them having access to the Accountant files (the only way I can currently do this report).

Does anyone know how I can set this report up?

If you setup a new user and only give them access to reports, and memorise the report so it is set to Today, that might work. But they will have to login one at a time if you only have a 1 user licence.

The report I need is similar to an end of day balance report. We are using the inventory feature and also process payments through a an eftpos terminal, cheque and/or cash payments. I need the sales employees to be able to print off the daily takings so we can balance the register. I don't want the user/s to have access to all reports in the system. They do have access to the Accounts Receivable area.

There is a report within the Accountant area that suits my needs which shows invoicing, method of payment and daily total, however, this is a sensitive area that I don't want to give free access to.

Is this report in your POS program or actually in Hosted ? If it's in Hosted, you can customise User access very specifically, including locking a User out of Sensitive/Financial info 😊
