How do I get rid of these red lines?

I've got these silly red lines appearing on my screen and I can't work out how to get rid of them.

Dear @Vicki_10862349 ,

You can modify this by changing your Colour Scheme.

You can do this by going into Edit -> Preferences -> General -> My Preferences -> Colour Scheme.

We sometimes find that if this is set to "Windows Colour Scheme", it can generate with colours such as these.

We recommend changing it to any other Colour Scheme.
