invoices aren't emailing

Good morning, as of this morning for no reason I am unable to email invoices out of Reckon hosted. I have checked our emails are working not with reckon and all is fine. The problem seems to be reckon talking to our emails. I had someone smarter than me look at it and he agrees it seems to be a probelm with our Reckon. Any ideas?

    Hello @Jac,

    Did you get any errors whilst emailing out of Hosted when you sent them out?

    You can check your Sent Email log in Hosted by going to the Hosted Dashboard, then selecting "View email report". This should show you if any emails failed to send.

    I should note: Hosted does not directly communicate with your personal email address, and sends them through a default email chain (with your Reply-To as a mask).

    If you have a recipient that you can check, you may need to get them to check Junk or Spam in case the emails end up there also.

    Hi, there is no errors showing, they just don't send. I have our customers email and our admin email on all of our customers so that all emails go to the customer and me to make things easiers to find if I need to. I also checked the log and they don't show anything being sent there either. This is a "today" problem. I have also tried sending the invoices to another email in our office and off another Reckon hosted login back to my own admin email. Jackie

    Dear @Jac ,

    Can you create a new customer with your email address, then create an invoice which is marked "To be emailed", then attempt to send it via Hosted?

    If this fails, there could be an underlying issue with your file - I would advise running a Rebuild - you can do so by going into File -> Utilities -> Rebuild Data.

    This should clear out possible corruptions if they are interfering with the email process.

    Same problems as Jac has described. No definitive advise from Reckon apart from blaming the receivers email account as blocking Reckon. Hell of a coincidence after Amazones pops in reckons address!
