Reckon Accounts Hosted login issue - Didn't get connection settings


Is anyone else having this issue again (was reported back in March 2023)?
One of our users can log in but the other can't.
EDIT: Have logged all the way out a few times and have now been able to get in...

I'm having the same issue and have logged all the way out a couple of times. Will keep trying!
EDIT: Continued to log out/in - finally got connected.

Are you disconnecting in full via Log off remote sessions from the Control Panel ?

I just reset my computer and it seems to work. I am not sure if that was what was required to resolve issue - it just worked after the reset.
