Lost data field

So Ive done something a bit silly while customising my Invoice template! Ive deleted the data field which held the name and address of the customer and printed it out accordingly. For the life of me, I cant work out how to get it back. Adding a data field doesnt give me the option of the customers name and address. I know it will be something simple but the post Christmas mood has me thinking unclearly.

PS - the details are still on the screen but not on the printed invoice!

    Hi Lyn,

    Have you inadvertently unchecked the print option for the Bill To field? So in your template click on the additional customisation button at the bottom of the page and double check that the fields that you want to appear in the printed copy are ticked? HTH

    To further clarify JudyA's info ...

    Go to the invoice & click on Customise:

    ... then on Additional Customisation:

    Click in the Print checkbox for the Bill To field to add it to your printed copy:

    Thank you both. I followed your instructions and the "Bill to" box was definitely ticked 'to be printed'. However, once I unticked the box and then ticked it again everything came back as it should!
