Hi Community!

I am wondering how I can view and delete STP pay events from the Q drive please?

    Hi AnthonyBetros,

    If the STP pay event you are referring to is the STP.json file in the Q drive, please refer to this KB article https://help.reckon.com/article/k2d8o6k9s6-kba-5645-deleting-a-file-in-reckon-accounts-hosted

    Hi @AnthonyBetros,

    If you would like to view the Q drive, please select the pink toolbox and the down arrow to select the 'Download files button'

    You can access the STP folder, open it, and use the delete button on your keyboard to remove the desired STP .json file. To view the STP .json files, simply left-click to download them locally to your device, where you can then open them using notepad.
