PAYROLL - creating pays in advance

Morning,

I'm going to be away on a Thursday - which is the morning I do our weekly pays up. Can I do a standard pay for the employees on the Tuesday before and have the payment date be that Thursday? How do you do this, especially with when you have to onto your banking site to upload the ABA file to make the payment? or is this not a possiblity? cheers.

    Hi Sonya

    Yes, just date the Paycheques & ABA file for the Tuesday & when you upload the ABA file select that payment date for payment from the bank account in your online banking ☺️
