Transferring Data Files to a New Laptop

I have reckon accounts Home and Business 2022. I am transferring it to a new computer. In doing so i want to download a 30 day trial copy to help me set up and transfer my files across. That way I can keep working until it is all set up on another laptop.

      

First question - I assume this is the same program?

Second question - So After i set up my 30 day trial copy, can I just transfer the data files (see attachment, top section in black) across to my new laptop and click on "Trail Reckon File 1" and it will open that file in the program? The reason i ask is if I go to file/restore back up file, it is looking for an .rkn file (3rd screenshot) which is not showing in that same file location. Once I have it all set up on the new laptop, I will then delete the copy on my old laptop and reinstall the key I have already purchased on the new copy. Is that how its done? Thx Mark

You are making it all too difficult let me just instal it on your new machine for you and as long as you have a backup we can restore that straight away.
