Can you please tell me why, when I am trying to run a inventory item fast report, the building report message is reading budgets.

Can you please disconnect/log-off the remote sessions and run the report again?
If it is still the same, please perform verify and rebuild the data file, to validate the data. Please find the attached article for your reference - How to Verify Data and Rebuild Data in the Reckon Accounts Business Range (Desktop) - Reckon Help and Support Centre. It is the same process as in the Desktop.
