average cost

Hi I am using reckon hosted ,


how do we run a report for all the items including average cost and last cost price

Appreciate anyone can help ASAP

    Hey @prasanna

    You can run a Inventory Valuation Summary report. This should included the Stock on hand and Avg Cost. If you double click on the item, this should pull all the historical data of that specific item.

    If you run an  Inventory Valuation Summary report, Click magnify on the item, then sort by date. you should be able to find the last purchase cost.

    it doesn't bring up last purchase price at all

    Hey @prasanna


    To get a margin report for items, please run a Gross Margin by Inventory Item by going to Reports > Industry Specific > Retail Reports > Gross Margin by Inventory Item.

    or Reports > Industry Specific > Manufacturing and Wholesale > Profitability by Product
