Why are some Reckon One invoices not received by clients?
Hi, I’m sending around 200 invoices a month to clients and of these, at least 30 clients do not receive them. The list of clients not receiving emails seems to be growing.
I CC myself and receive the email. When I check for “failed” emails, they don’t appear there. For some reason the client is not receiving them. Even checking their spam folder the email is not received.
I have made a list of these clients, send them the email, then forward my cc’d email that was received to them via Gmail. They receive it this way.
What can be done to fix this problem? It’s becoming very time consuming to do this work around.

Do their email addresses have any similarities, or do they have the same domain?
If they do not show up in the Failed messages list, it means that the message was sent successfully but the recipient is refusing to receive the email because their Email client or security system may have blocked it.
You must advise every client to add email-reckonone@reckon.com to their safe senders list.
