Top part of screen blacked out

Morning

I'm having this issue again this morning - top part of screen blacked out. Is there an issue?

    no problems my end tried locking off completely and try a different browser

    Also, If you could try to clear the Cache&Cookies and Browsing data as well. This may fix the issue.

    Typically, this is due to Hardware Acceleration interfering with Hosted's display.

    If you're still having issues in Chrome, it may be due to Colour Enhancements interfering with Hosted's colour range settings. You can read on how to fix this here: https://help.reckon.com/article/n6uvj8d65s
