can anyone show me how to sort this report to replace customer name order by Rep name order ( sort by Rep names )
Hi @prasanna,
Click on Modify Report -> Filters tab -> Choose "Rep" -> Select name of the Sales Rep you wanted to see.
However, if you wanted to sort by "Rep" Column. You can click "Sort by" option.
Note that it will not re-organise the report, the report will still remain showing the CUSTOMERS and inside them the individual estimate transactions and within that, would be the sorting of the reps.

Consider an alternative report:
Transaction List by Date
Modified to show the "Rep" column.
Sort by "Rep"
Filtered to show "Transaction Type" = "Estimate"
