Bulk Invoice

This may well have been raised before; I need to create invoices for an annual fee so would dearly love a Bulk Invoice, and Bulk Email facility in Reckon to do this.

Otherwise, I have set up a template and have to create them one by one, and email them, one by one.

Then send Statements of balance owing to those who have credits.

Thank you for any help.

    Hi Denise

Unfortunately, there's not a bulk invoice generation option but I usually create one as a Memorised Transaction & generate each customer's one from that (which saves entering the Item line(s) again each time)

There is a bulk email option though in the Email dropdown:

Once you've created the last invoice, select the Send Batch option from the dropdown on the Email button.

Then select the invoices you want to send (or choose Select All) & follow the prompts 😊

    Thank you.

I seem to be locked out of my account now. :(

Do you mean it says you're already logged in ?

This happens when the session's closed but hasn't disconnected at Reckon's server.

    Click on the Control Panel:

From the LHS menu, click on Log Off Remote Sessions:

Click on the Log Off Session hyperlink, then Refresh:

Once it shows no User Sessions logged in, you'll be able to log back in 😊
