Super set up in Reckon Hosted

Question

Are there some notes available on the best practice set up for the super component in Reckon Hosted

I want to make sure our data is correctly setup to ensure we can import a file into our Clearing House. Is anybody using HostPlus Quicksuper and what are the tips and tricks please

When I set up files at the moment I get this message. Is that specific to using the Reckon clearing house or is it  related to all set ups?

All the funds have the Compliance Letter PDF on their website these days.  Most employees have no idea so I just source this as it will usually provide the info you need.

Some of the funds may have multiple products, especially the non-industry ones (eg AMP has “SuperLeader”, “Super for Life”, “Pension” etc etc) so in those cases I ask the employee for their fund’s last correspondence to confirm as the USI is different for each product ☺️

The best thing is to get the employee to get these details directly from their super fund, that way you have the fund ABN and all other relevant numbers

Hey Kris, I did in the member number field, however going back it hadn't saved it. Reentered and it appears to have saved now..  Do we complete the "fund Scheme" field? Where do we get that number from?
