Reckon Personal Plus Change Computer

I am trying to set up Reckon Accounts Personal Plus on a new computer. My old licence hasn't expired but I have paid the renewal fee. I have installed the current version on the new computer.

How will I receive my new licence that I can enter on the new computer

I am logged in on the website and cannot see where details are of my new licence.

Just a hint about which menu item to look for would be helpful.

I have Download, Resource and Account under the Members Area tab. Accounts list my renewals but there is no link or details about licences. There are no other options that are helpful.

Hoping someone can help.

enter your ID and Pin - Login

goto DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE

select your product then NEXT

it will show your installation key etc
