I am struggling to get the bankData setup. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

    Have you had any experience with bank feeds before?

    What Id like to suggest if you havent done it already is to download the qif file from your internet banking and import it to Reckon so you get the hang of the allocations and set up the rules.

    The implementation of bank feeds in Reckon is slightly clunky so I think its helpful to separate out the tasks

    Thank you for your patience.

    If the issue still persists, can you please try the following -

    • Use username instead of user ID in Reckon Account Hosted Details section.
    • Type in Password every time (for username - FastCoding), if you are updating/editing any other field in Customer Details Section.
