MFA when sharing a licence

Hi, I have Reckon Account Hosted which is accessed at three locations on 2 desktops and a laptop. I can't afford another license and everyone (the owner and book-keeper) uses the same login details. Can I register a different mobile number at one of the locations to able to login and at the other 2, another number. If not, can you please advise how I should proceed. Thanks. Rose

only way is for the other users to call you to get the code when they need to logon

How long can you stay logged on for before you are booted out, Kris.

it is supposed to be after 1 hour of no activity, but many people are having problems with lesser times. However from what I read the code is required once every 24 hours
