Is there a way to reprint a period of time (ie 12 months) payslips for one employee as one pdf?

    I have checked to confirm but doesn't look like an option for you to have all the pay slips in a single PDF. However, it does give you an option where you can select 3 pay slips per page as in the screenshot below -

    Have you used Microsoft pdf?

    @Vicki_10862349 This is one of the new features in the upcoming 2024 release!

    In the meantime, the best way to do this is to set the full date range in the Dated boxes & select each Payslip for the relevant employee only.

    Click OK & when the print generates onscreen, you can then print direct to a PDF printer (or Save to PDF) which will create a single PDF file of these 😊
