Why do I continually get this error message when I try to contact Reckon

I can't do anything the screen locks and have to close the program. How can I fix it?

Steps to generate script errors;

1. select Help from menu
2. select "Product and Customer Support"
3. be deluged by error pop-ups…………………….

…….also happens when you select "Submit Feedback on Reckon Accounts". Perhaps they don't really want to hear?!
