What are the mistakes you are seeing since the introduction of STP 2 and how do you identify and fix them before end of year?

How does my accounting firm access my accounts with MFA?

    Hi @Kerrie_10100571,

    Could you please further expand on the mistakes you are seeing or referring to since you migrated over to STP Phase 2?

    In regard to MFA, the accounting firm would need to login using their own Hosted login (their own username and password), you would share the company file in Reckon Accounts Hosted via the control panel and they would be able to look over the information.
    We do understand this can cause some frustrations, but we have always been 1 license > 1 user > 1 MFA.
