Deleting my Reckon Portal account


When I report STP via Accounts Hosted I automatically get redirected to the Reckon Portal, however it has been set up under an old email address that I no longer have access to. Unfortunately the email attached to my Accounts Hosted profile has been used to set up a Reckon Portal account - but it is empty - has never been used for anything. I can't update the email in the old account because there is a duplicate email in use. How do I delete useless Reckon Portal profile so I can update my second profile to the new and correct email address.

When was your last submission of STP? The Hosted account email can be different from the Portal account. If you can send me a private message with the ABN of the company you wanted to access, I can check it further.

the email address in the portal does not have to be an active one, itโs really only a username, so if you have the password you can still use it
