Sending an invoice to 2 addresses - adding a cc

Hi all, so several of my clients require invoices to be sent to 2 email addresses.
I also use recurring transactions (a lot). There is not an option to add a cc or second address to the recurring transactions.
OR- I am simply not skilled enough to find how to do it.
Does anyone have the knowledge they can pass on to me?
IF however, this not able to be done- then I ask if RECKON can (pun intended) address the issue and add a cc to the recurring transactions.
Looking forward to the knowledge to be bestowed to meβ¦.

Hi @Leigh,
I'd recommend using the Contacts feature in Reckon One. This will allow you setup multiple contacts for a customer which you can then send your invoice to.For example, one customer could have multiple contacts under them which you can send your invoice to (see screenshot example below). Check out more info on how to setup and use Contacts in Reckon One in our help guide here - Reckon One: Contacts
Thank you and have a lovely day.
Cheers,

Hi Lucas, thank you.
I have that one worked out- for manually sent Invoices. However- it is the recurring transactions set to email automatically that has me stumped.
I can not for the life of me work it out. I can not find a "cc" option. I have tried colon between, comma, all the tricks I know.
Clearly I am not a tech savvy guy. Please assist.0 -
Hi @Leigh ,
Unfortunately at this point in time the contacts feature isn't available on a recurring invoice template. I would recommend adding this to our Ideas Portal here https://ideas.reckon.com/ as our product team and devs review ideas and feature requests such as this to implement in the future.
Thanks,
Nick
