RAH EMAIL BOUNCED


I have just sent an invoice direct from RAH to a customer whom I send invoices to regularly, sometimes 3 times a week, however it has bounced.
I don't understand, why has this happened?

Does this happen to only on the same email address or same domain email address?

no, it happens randomly on other email addresses.

It looks like the email was rejected by a filter system, I would check with the client and see if they have any filters in email settings that could register our emails as junk or spam. Could you please let me know how you go?
Also, do you happen to change anything in particular about the emails you are sending out such as attaching images or other files?

nothing is changed. Just send invoices form RAH to client email address.
RAH 2023 at the time. This post was done back in June 2024. It's probably a bit late to be dealing with it now.
