I'm using Reckon One and believe that 3 transactions have been deleted from 'Bank Transactions' in error. They are showing in 'Reckon One Transactions' but not in 'Bank Transactions' or 'Fast Coding'. These are payroll payments so each payment after these missing transactions, cannot be allocated as the total amount/balance owing differs from the amount needing to be allocated, so they are just sitting there. Is there any way that I can reinstate these 3 payments or is there another way to resolve this please.

    It seems that no one bothers to answer questions on here a lot of the time. I thought this was supposed to be a support page?
