how do i add customer address details to the body of an invoice?

    In Reckon One, the Details are managed in the Contact Centre as below -

    and the templates for the invoices, etc. are managed in the settings as below -

    Thank you, Tanvi, however I have done all of that but still the invoice prints with just the name of the customer and no address etc. My details are there ( redacted ) but not the customer
