Trying to enter new employee but the help screen keeps flashing up
hi im trying to enter new employee and the help sceen wont stop flushing up

have you logged out completely by going to the Control Panel in the opening login screen and logging off remote sessions, then try again

Yes every time I type it keeps flashing for about 20 seconds then I can click it off then next time I enter it starts again. Something that should have taken 5min been here 2 hours. I shut it down reopen in different platforms still doing is there a program problem??

Make sure the F1 key is not stuck on

You may want to consider closing all Windows in Hosted.
To do this:
- Go to the Window drop-down menu.
- Select Close All.
If this does not work, your session may be experiencing delays, and you may want to consider closing and re-launching Hosted.
To do this:
- Go to the File drop-down menu.
- Select Exit.
- On the Hosted Dashboard, go to Control Panel.
- Go to Log off remote sessions.
- Log off any currently active session.
- In the top-right-hand corner, select Dashboard.
- After this, select Launch Accounts.
Let me know if it still occurs after these steps.
