Leave Liability and Leave Accrual Summary Reports

Has anyone had an issue with these two reports showing a different amount of leave available even if they were exported on the same date for the same period?

Yes … I’ve found this can happen when manual changes have been made to available leave balances in the employee’s record 😬
When that has happened, I often tend to find the accrual report will reflect correctly but not the liability report.

(Or vice versa !)
If the file's clean (eg leave balances have not been manually edited), both reports are usually correct but these generate from the program data so it can be a bit of a gamble as to if/how changes will display in these reports 😬
