Fast Coding missing transactions and transaction rule issues
Hello everyone,
We are currently using Reckon Accounts Hosted and have encountered an issue with fast coding. We've noticed discrepancies where the bank statements do not align with the bank feeds through fast coding. Specifically, while we have a complete bank statement from April 1st to June 30th, 2024, the fast coding portal only captures transactions starting from April 15th. Despite contacting customer service for assistance, and following their suggestion to manually upload statements, we continue to face challenges. The manual upload only captured transactions from April 7th onward, leaving a gap of 6 days for the entire quarter.
Additionally, we've set up transaction rules to automatically tag transactions, but the descriptions from the bank feed do not consistently match those on our actual bank statement unless uploaded manually hence the rules can't capture and read the transactions properly.
Has anyone else encountered similar issues? If so, how did you address them? Despite multiple attempts and extensive time spent on the phone with customer service, we have yet to find a resolution.
