Reckon One - Name not printing as Received From on Tax Receipt for some customers

Have had several instances of the Contact Name on Receipt screen not appearing under Received from when Print actioned.
Thought it might be related to a new customer but had it happen for an existing customer today.

Hi PCsforKids,
Can you make sure the the Customer has a Customer name in their card by going to Contact Center>Customer.
This usually happens when the Customer name is missing.
Let me know how you go.

Thanks Karren. This does seem to be the case. It is annoying though because you can't do a quick add like we could with Reckon Desktop - have to add then remember to copy name to Organisation field before saving.
