Access to Reckon GovConnect

Question

Hi!

I have started looking after a client using Reckon Hosted and need to setup the STP lodgement to the ATO.

I have gone as far as Reckon GovConnect but it appears the previous accountant (now closed down) is set up for this.  How do I reset the login and password to lodge STP Finalisation etc please.

The accountant set it up and the client has no record or any idea how to access GovConnect

Dear @Ssmith ,

Did the accountant or the client setup the ABN in GovConnect for STP?

Has the client signed into their Portal account and checked the "Shared With Me" area?
