Save button not working since Update July 2024

HI I have just run update to Reckon Hosted 2024 R1 - ever since when I click on save tx it doesn't do anything. The screen stays the same. I have to select save and close or save and new to move through to new tx. Has the functionality been changed? Do we have to select somewhere that save works like enter?

there’s a new button in some windows - Save and Exit, try that

Thank you, I don't have save and exit - only save / save+close / save+new

I just found out when I click Save + New it closes the screen - it doesn't progress to a new screen within task (eg enter bill)

The Save button is available in the following transaction screens.

Bill, Cheques, Tax Invoice, Estimate, Sales Receipt, Adjustment Note, Purchase Order

Example:

Save = records the transaction and remains onscreen

Save & Close = records the transaction closes the screen

Save & New = records the transaction and moves to a new screen for the next transaction
