How do I get into my Reckon when MFA code will not send?
I have tried for last hour.
Turned phone off. Put it into aeroplane mode etc nothing
Restarted phone. Texts are incoming as I tested it. internet is turned on but no codes sent or resent when I request a resend,

Apologies for the inconvenience.
We are currently experiencing an issue with the MFA codes set-up using Mobile Numbers, and our teams are currently working on that. It's hard to say how long it will take but we are doing everything in our power to have you back online ASAP.
In the meantime, you can set up MFA codes with Authenticator App, rather than using the mobile phone. Thank you!

Yes me too, not getting SMS messages.
In regard to your last comment - How do I set up MFA code with Authenticator app when I can't get in?

I have also been waiting for the MFA code for my mobile. and when I tried to use the recovery code is was also rejected.

To revoke MFA, you can use your recovery pin to login to RA hosted and then it will generate a pop-up for you to set-up MFA using Authenticator App. Please find the attached screenshot for your reference -

The 2 MFA Recovery Pins I had on file - did not work, not sure if that's my fault or that the recovery pin option isn't working either

So just to clarify, Tanvi , is the problem sending MFA codes to Mobiles is now solved and working ?
and we still have to Revoke and start again? How?
As I am also still waiting for code to my mobile and my recovery code was rejected, not sure what to do.

I am another one for whom the recovery pin is being rejected as being invalid. That means that there is no other option available to get into Reckon.

In my notes I discovered a second MFA Recovery PIN and that works.

Like all of the previous messages regarding the current MFA issue. I am unable to receive a code on my phone and nothing happens when I enter my recovery pin.
Please inform how we are meant to get into the control panel / Security area to reset/revoke anything?
I have emailed support and BEST CASE SENARIO I would like to think when I login tomorrow morning that its all working again :)3 -
