This is the message I am getting with out look closed and below this is the message I get when Outlook is open

An MAPI Error is an Outlook-level error where the protocols between Outlook and Reckon have broken down.
There's a few avenues to explore in terms of fixing it:
- Go to Edit → Preferences → Send Forms → My Preferences → Change from Outlook to Outlook v2 (beta). This typically fixes the issue. If you get a COM Class Factory Error, skip to Step 3. Otherwise, if it does not fix the issue, try Step 2.
- Close down Reckon Accounts and Outlook. Run Reckon Accounts as Administrator, then Outlook:
- Right-Click on the Reckon Accounts shortcut on your Desktop.
- Select Run as Administrator.
- Allow for any program access.
- Once Reckon Accounts is fully opened, open Outlook.
- Try to email forms.
- If this still fails, you will need to consult with IT Personnel as the Outlook Installation may be damaged. Follow this guide here to troubleshoot: - start at the section titled Resolution.
