Hi, When Logging into Reckon I am not getting an MFA code. I have tried several things like turning on plane mode for 2 mins, resetting phone. My recovery pin is also NOT working. Can you help?

Hi @robynwebster87,
If you are not receiving MFA via SMS, it's possible that you have enabled MFA through the authenticator app on your phone. This can Microsoft or a Google authenticator.
Please refer to this instruction here on how to revoke MFA using the recovery pin if nothing works.
