sharing with accountant

Hello I am using Reckon hosted and my accountant is on Reckon one I am trying to share my file to him he seems to think I can just sent invite to his email but I tried, it seems to want to charge me for a year to have him as a user I watched the online video about sharing the file and set it up I asked him for his reckon ID but he still asks me to email invite ? any assistance you can offer would be great as I am trying to get the tax done Kind Regards Leeanne

Reckon Accounts Hosted (RAH) & Reckon One (R1) are 2 completely separate programs.

Only the R1 platform can access R1 files (called "books") & only the RAH platform can access RAH company files. RAH company files can be shared with other RAH users but again, only via active RAH licences.

Personally, if your accountant doesn't even realise that, I wouldn't him fiddling around in it anyway! 😖🤦‍♀️ Instead, ask him specifically what he wants, then generate & provide this via (PDF) reports to him.
