Multi factor authenticate doesn't send 6 digit security code to my phone, has the correct number.

Has it worked previously without issue, or have you recently reset the MFA to a new phone number?
There also is the possibility that it may be your phone service provider having issues receiving a text message from our text message for MFA.

Could you also please attempt to switch your phone to flight mode for a couple of minutes and then back off and see if that brings the SMS message in from us, please?
