I've just noticed this is the email address that shows up when emailing invoices direct from RAH to customer.
I receive copies of all the payslips that are sent and they still say accountshosted@reckon.com

We use Amazon SES services to send emails from Reckon Accounts Hosted.
Normally, this "via amazonses.com" segment should not appear when sending emails.

It is appearing when I am sending customer invoices, does it need to be logged with tech support if you are saying it shouldn't appear,
It's not needing to be logged - this extension simply shows where the email is being sent from, and is considered normal.
Typically, this amazonses.com segment is hidden or compacted into the accountshosted email domain, but there's no inherent danger if it does get shown.
