Transaction List Display Screen for Investment Account
I am having an issue with the screen display for one of my Investment Accounts in Reckon Accounts Personal Plus. For some reason I have lost the "Cash Amt" and "Cash Bal" columns in one of my Investment Accounts - as highlighted below. Anyone know how I might be able to get these columns to display properly?

Is it possible you have accidentally resized your columns?
Have you tried resizing them back to the left to see if they've been pushed off-screen?

Thanks Alexis. Yes, that was my thought and tried that but to no avail. It seems that the two columns have somehow been deleted or made invisible. Im wondering if one column is pushed to the left too far it makes it invisible and then can't re-size it back to the right. Haven't tried this for fear of "loosing" another column.

Thankfully none of the fields can be made so small they become unable to be resized.
However, if they have been pushed far to the right, you can use the scroll bar at the bottom of the transactions area to find them (see below):
Using this, move to the right, and see if you can find the fields, and scroll them back.
To my knowledge, deleting the columns aren't possible.

Just wondering if that share doesn't have any cash balances?
Do a validate and Super Validate, you have nothing to lose.

The transaction example used above has no balances outside the opening balance… I'm not sure if it's possible to have an account with not even the opening balance.
A validate and super validate is always a good move though.

Thanks again Alex. The bottom scroll bar doesn't show in full screen as it seems that there is nothing more to display. I have reduced the display size to make the scroll bar appear but then scrolling all the way to the right doesn't help.
All the transactions in the investment account are there and show up fine when I run reports etc. If I click on a transaction, it displays the Investment amount correctly but this doesn't show when I click out of the transaction. I have performed a validate but not sure how to do a super validate. Cheers Paul

To run a Super Validate, hold down the Left Shift and Left Control keys at the same time before clicking Validate.
Meanwhile, I will do some further testing of this area.

Thanks - have tried that and no difference.
I have also noted that the "Cash Balance" and "Total Market Value" also do not display on the bottom right of the screen

Does this information show up when you move to the Overview tab?
From viewing what you've shown, this is a Retirement account that holds Super - what Financial Institution is it linked to?
Can you enter any new transactions in via the Overview → Enter Transactions area?

Yes this is a superannuation account but not sure how that would make a difference. The account is with Commsec. in the overview screen, the Account Status section, Security Values and Total Market Values show correctly. The cash balance shows $0.00 but the "linked Cash Balance" (a Commsec CDIA account) shows correctly. No problems entering any transactions which all work fine. The overview screen displays correctly.
Its odd that this is the only investment account (of around 6 in total) that has this issue although it is the only super account and the only one linked to another cash account.

Also, the CDIA does not have an online link.
