Dear @ClassA ,
If you're unable to access other areas during the emailing of payslips, it's likely due to the Send Email screen being stuck behind Reckon Accounts Hosted.
To fix this, press and hold Left Alt and tap TAB.
This will allow you to toggle between screens inside of Reckon Accounts Hosted.
You will need to tab to the screen that is displaying the email preview, and send the email to get through.
